1
Cut a 6-inch piece of .024 gauge stainless steel wire with wire cutters.
-
2
Shape the wire into an "L" shape with the pliers. The vertical portion of the L must be longer than the horizontal portion of the shape.
-
3
Work the wire in the corner with the pliers to create a small "O" shape at the bend in the wire.
-
4
Create a small loop on the vertical leg of the "L" shape with the pliers.
-
5
Place a swivel on the loop and close the loop with pliers to hold the swivel in place.
-
6
Attach the spinner blade onto the swivel.
-
7
Bend the horizontal portion of the wire into a hook shape. Once in a hook shape, take the tip of the wire and make a bend so that the tip of the wire crosses over the horizontal wire. Bend the very tip of the wire downward. This will allow for ease access to add or remove jigs onto the spinner wire without continually grabbing the pliers.
-
8
Lift the tip of the wire up to slide a jig onto the wire and push the tip back into place.
