How to Make Camouflage With Paint and Tape
Camouflage blends colors and textures to hide or shroud you and your gear. To be effective, most camouflage patterns need to be flat and dull any shine or luster on the object. For simple camouflage, use a minimum of materials and you'll end up with acceptable results. Typically, camouflage is done with stencils and cut-out patterns. In a pinch, camouflage patterns are made using items as simple as the paint itself and painter's tape. Certain paint companies make spray paint specifically for camouflage purposes. Find these paints at home hardware stores or at specialty outdoor outfitters. Be sure to use colors that adequately reflect the colors of the areas and seasons you hunt in.
