How to Attach the Pelican Motor Mount

The Pelican motor mount fits onto fishing kayaks with no tools, providing that the kayak is equipped with rod holders. The company markets the mount saying it attaches and can be removed in less than 5 seconds. The motor mount holds lightweight electric trolling engines. When attached properly, the motor extends from the side of the kayak near the cockpit where the paddler controls the motor direction.
