How to Adjust the Rear Suspension on a Mongoose XR-200
The Mongoose XR200 is an entry level, dual-suspension mountain bike sold through big-box retailers. The XR200 uses a coil rear suspension shock that is adjustable. To adjust the shock you need to figure in your weight with all your mountain bike gear and what kind of terrain you ride. Adjust the suspension at the trailhead, during your ride or in your shop at home.
