Accu-Wedge Installation
The AR-15 is the semiautomatic civilian version of the military M-16. For fast field-stripping in battlefield conditions, the AR-15 receivers can be opened by the removal of a single main assembly pin. Over time and after hundred of rounds, this pin may develop wear and excess play. The Accu-Wedge is a high-density thermoplastic rubber aftermarket accessory that can be inserted in the lower receiver beneath the main assembly pin to eliminate slack between the pin and the upper receiver. Installation of the Accu-Wedge is a simple drop-in process.
