How to Open a Kryptonite Cable Lock

When you're out riding your bike, you might want to stop somewhere and park. It's a good idea to secure your bike from theft by locking it to a bike rack or other secure fixture. One option is to use a Kryptonite cable lock, which integrates a lock with a cable. You run the cable through your bike frame and attach it to a rack, and then close the lock. Only the person who knows the combination can open the lock.

      Rotate the first dial on the Kryptonite cable lock until the first number of your combination lines up with the guide point.
