How to Rent a Roller Rink

Young and old alike, everyone enjoys roller skating. Even beginners can have fun with practice. Most rinks offer lessons from beginners to the advanced. Need to rent the whole rink for your next gathering? The following tips will be useful in determining your available options.

Instructions

    • 1

Count the number of participants that will be attending your planned event.

    • 2

Determine if you will be providing food and drinks. If so, this is information the rink will need as well.

    • 3

Anticipate how long you will need to use the roller rink for your event. Normally the rinks are rented in two-hour increments. Speak with management if you require more time.

    • 4

Select the music of your choice that you would like to be played during your use of the rink. Most roller rinks have a wide selection already on hand, but will play any preferred selections as well.

    • 5

Count the number of skate rentals needed. There are different rates for speed and inline skates. Management will usually provide a flat rate for a planned event. If you decide to let the participants pay for their own skate rentals, provide them with the costs beforehand if the rate is negotiated.
