NFL Playoff tickets are often the hottest on the market, aside from Superbowl tickets. Some people wait for several days in the rain or snow in order to grab the best seat possible; on the other hand, some people take the easy route and just get them online when they go on sale. If you are one of those people, you have several options for purchasing your NFL playoff tickets, even if they have already been on sale for some time.

      Order your NFL Playoff tickets from a ticket vendor such as TicketMaster (see Resources below). This is the best way to get a decent seat for face value; however, playoff tickets often go quick, so you also have to reserve your seat as quickly as possible, preferably the morning they go on sale.

      Buy your NFL Playoff tickets off of eBay (see Resources below). The people selling these tickets will be hoping to make as much money as possible, so be prepared to pay a hefty price. You may be able to get nosebleed tickets for a decent amount, but still likely over face value.

      Check Craigslist for Internet "scalpers" or someone with an extra ticket (see Resources below). If you find one of those few who really do have an extra ticket, it may be the best opportunity you have to get a seat (near face value) if the event is already sold out.

      Visit football forums to see if anyone there is offering an extra ticket. This is a little risky, since there is always a chance you could get ripped off, but it may be your only and last hope of seeing the playoffs.
