How to Make an NCAA Reverse Bet

The reverse bet is similar to the simple if bet. In NCAA play, the reverse bet gives more flexibility in helping you come out on top at the end of the day, especially given how volatile NCAA sports can be. That's why many betters choose to make a reverse bet on NCAA games: you can earn a terrific return with minimal risk. Make an NCAA reverse bet on your favorite team to see great results.

Instructions

    • 1

Create an online betting account at a website like BetUS.com or SportsBook.com (see Resources below). Once your account is created you can browse upcoming games and place if and reverse bets on any you choose.

    • 2

Select the sports tab from the menu of the betting site you are using. This will bring up a list of current games and leagues, including all of the major leagues, as well as the NCAA.

    • 3

Select "Reverse Bet" from the list of available betting options. A list of current and upcoming games will appear (sorted by league). Note that you cannot bet across leagues: if you want to make a reverse bet on an NCAA game, then all of the games in the reverse bet need to be from the NCAA.

    • 4

Check the menu box or selection bubble for each of the teams you wish to bet on. Be sure when you do this that you click on the bubble corresponding with the team you are betting on and not the team you are betting against. Repeat this for each of the teams you want to include in the reverse bet.

    • 5

Confirm your bet. You will be given a chance to proofread your selection to ensure that you haven't made a mistake. Once confirmed, you will not be able to undo your bet, so be sure to check your work. When done, simply follow the games and see if you've come out on top!
