Be prepared to pay a lot of money. Tickets to the Masters, or series badges as they are referred to by the pretentious club, are only sold to longtime patrons of the club. Waiting lists were established in the 1970s and early 2000s, but because of the high demand both iterations were discontinued.

Contact every single ticket brokerage business in the free world. Not everyone who gets a series badge goes to the tournament. There should be some in circulation heading up to the tournament. Just remember step number one. You better be ready to spend potentially several thousands dollars for the right to hang a series badge around your neck.

3
Hit the auction sites. Look for any online auctions where series badges are up for sale. Again, if you find one or two, make sure your credit card is far from being maxed out if you want to get tickets to the Masters.

Go to the practice rounds. If you just cannot get tickets to the Masters, do not feel bad, there are thousands and thousands of golf fans that are in the same boat. However, you may still be able to score a couple of ducats to the practice rounds. Augusta National sells these tickets to the public in a lottery format. Maybe you can get on the course for the practice rounds and find a good hiding place and hang around for the tournament too. Of course, if you go this route, be prepared to spend a night or two in the can.

5
Qualify. If all of these options only lead you to a dead end, you still have one last chance. If you can become one of the top fifty golfers in the world, or in the top ten of the PGA money list, you do not need to worry about getting a ticket to the Masters, because they must invite you to play. Hit the driving range and have a green built in your back yard and work your way towards qualification.
