Stand out in a crowd. Buckle bunnies are flashy. Many choose to stick out by wearing bright clothing or accessories. The most notorious accessory is a belt with a big buckle and lots of dazzle.

Introduce yourself. To be a groupie the cowboy's have to notice you. Smile and flirt with the cowboy's before events and hang out with them backstage. Get to know the cowboy for a chance to get free passes to Rodeo events.

Go to the after parties. Cowboy's like to party and have a little fun. Bars and nightclubs are hot spots for cowboys looking to release tension after an event. Offer to teach your favorite cowboy the two step. Look for cowboy's wearing their belt buckles which are awarded to Rodeo winners.

Travel around. Buckle bunnies frequently travel to catch all the events and cheer on their favorite cowboy during the Rodeo season.

Set your limits. Some buckle bunnies just like to cheer on the cowboys, offer rides to events or a place to sleep. Others are looking for relationships or sex. Be honest about what you're looking for to keep situations from getting out of hand.
