Read the current national rules over with your team since they will govern the competition. Submit your registration fee on or before the deadline. All entries must be submitted to the athletic association using a credit card or check. Entries are not accepted until the payment is processed.

Contact the meet director once your fee is submitted to modify event times and add new events, if necessary. Ensure that you receive a confirmation by e-mail to process events for your team.

Obtain information regarding times of location restriction during the general meeting or opening ceremony. Ensure that warm-up and practice spaces are reserved for athletes on your team who are competing. Contact the facilities director if you are interested in additional times.

Enter the desired times you wish to meet into the scratch box. Submit the times one day prior to the following events.

View the section results following the meet online or via mail. Contact the athletes who will advance to the state finals and provide them with the necessary information.
