Chat Widget

1
Do an Internet search for a "chat widget." A chat widget is a small chat window that you can use on any personal website. Find one you enjoy; but there are many free options, so don't feel obligated to pay for this service.
-
2
Once you have signed up, most chat widgets allow you to customize the look, size and design of your chat box. Follow instructions for any changes.
-
3
Find your "embed code." Every chat widget provider will give you a code which you plug in to your ESPN fantasy baseball league homepage. Highlight the code and copy it.

4
Sign in to your ESPN account and access the homepage of the fantasy baseball league to which you want to add the chat widget.
-
5
Click the "Edit" link in the top right corner of the section in the middle of the page that is filled with headlines and links.
-
6
On the page that appears, there are two form boxes, a "subject" box and a larger unlabeled box. In the subject box, type a headline such as "Fantasy Baseball!" or leave it blank. Paste the "embed code" into the larger unlabeled box. Hit the "Submit Message" button.
-
7
You will be taken to your league's homepage where you should see your chat widget in place of where the ESPN news and headlines previously were located.
