How to Decorate Food for a Packer Game

Part of the fun of being a Packers fan is having a lot of friends over for a game, and one way to show your team spirit is by creating a lunch spread in the team colors. Alongside the traditional beer brats and Wisconsin cheese, try decorating some snack platters with the colors and logo of the Green Bay Packers. These ideas are not only delicious, but they'll also show off your team pride during the game.

Instructions

    • 1

Dye the spinach artichoke dip with a few drops of green food coloring to bring out the green color. Spread the spinach artichoke dip in a circle in the middle of a large platter.

    • 2
The goal is to replicate this logo using spinach artichoke dip for green and creamy spinach dip for white.

Scrape a horizontal line out of the green circle of spinach artichoke dip from the right edge to the center. Fill the groove with creamy spinach dip, then spread more in a circle around the green circle to form a white letter "G" like the Packers logo. Use the extra spinach artichoke dip that you scraped out of the center to draw a green line above the crossbar of the "G." Spread a thin ring of green spinach artichoke dip around the outside of the "G."

    • 3

Spread nacho cheese dip around the outside of the letter "G" to form the golden background.

    • 4

Lay a bed of fresh lettuce or spinach leaves on a second platter. Gather a stack of round white nacho chips and then spread them in a short horizontal line. Continue adding chips in the same manner to form a large letter "G." Ring the edge of the plate in cheddar cheese chunks, slices or wedges.

    • 5

Arrange raw, fresh broccoli and cauliflower to form a white cauliflower "G" on a green broccoli background. If desired, ring the edge of the plate in nacho cheese dip.
