How to Fit a Baseball Batting Helmet
Batting helmets for baseball and softball come in a variety of sizes. This can make it difficult for kids to find a batting helmet that is snug and tight. It is very important for the helmet to fit tightly. Injuries are inherent in baseball and softball, but taking precautions limits the risk of injury and keeps players safer while batting and on the basepaths.
