Instructions

    • 1

Measure and cut two pieces of 0.95-centimeter-thick plywood. Make the dimensions 122 centimeters wide and 187.8 centimeters long. These pieces of wood will act as your two platform pieces.

    • 2

Measure and cut two pieces of 1.9-centimeter-thick plywood. These pieces will act as your side supports. When standing up at a vertical angle, the side supports will measure 59 centimeters high. Make the dimensions 187.8 x 59 centimeters.

    • 3

Measure and cut seven 3.8 x 8.9 x 118.2-centimeter wood studs. These studs will act as the brace supports that hold the side walls together and provide a surface for securing your platform.

    • 4

Screw each brace into the side walls. Space six of the seven braces -- each at 12 inches apart -- from top to bottom. Make sure the flat-edge surface of each brace faces out toward the platform surface. All edges must be flush with the top edge of the side walls. Secure the seventh brace horizontally at the opposite bottom edge between the two side walls for added structural support.

    • 5

Fit the first piece of platform surface onto the support braces. Secure with wood screws. Fit the second piece of platform surface over top of the first piece. Secure with wood screws. You ramp is now complete.
