What Polish Can I Use on a Columbia 300 Rev Reaction Bowling Ball?
-
During Play
-
While you are playing, you may want a bit of extra shine on your Rev Reaction ball. If this is the case, grab some Powerhouse Reaction Plus and apply it to the ball to get one to three feet of extra length. If the ball goes too fast and lacks a back-end hook, try adding a layer of Powerhouse Extender Polish. Apply it evenly on the entire ball to get the best results.
After Every Bowling Session
-
Clean your polished ball after every bowling session to keep it well maintained. Columbia 300 recommends that you use an oil-free microfiber towel and Powerhouse Energizer cleaner.
Every 10 Games
-
Regular polishing is crucial to keeping your ball looking its best and working with high accuracy. Columbia 300 suggests using a cotton towel and Powerhouse Factory Finish Polish on your bowling ball after every 10 games. This will clean and lightly polish your ball.
Every 30 Games
-
Every 30 games, Columbia suggests that you do some aggressive cleaning and polishing. Sand the surface of your bowling ball with 4,000-grit Abralon pads. After you have lightly and evenly sanded the entire surface, wipe the ball with a towel and apply Powerhouse Factory Finish Polish.
Other Manufacturer Suggestions
-
Columbia 300 recommends that after 60 games, you do a full resurface of the bowling ball. Every 100 games, or if you have an older or unmaintained ball, do a Powerhouse Hook Again service. If you want more back-end motion, use Powerhouse Power Wash to get two to three more boards on the back end. Their bowling balls should not be exposed to high temperatures, so keep you ball out of your car trunk and out of direct sunlight. See the manufacturer's website for product information and other suggestions.
