How to Demo Miura Irons

The line of Miura handcrafted, forged golf clubs was created by Japanese craftsman Katsuhiro Miura. Miura offers a variety of clubs, including drivers, hybrids, wedges, putters and irons. Katsuhiro Miura oversees the entire club development process, even grinding the club heads to create the Miura club shape. Miura irons are only available at select retailers which have been approved to sell the clubs. These are the retailers where you can demo, or test, the irons if you are interested in buying them.

Instructions

Locate a Miura iron retailer by going to the Miura website or calling the company at 1-866-GO-MIURA. Miura has retailers across the United States and Canada.

Ask the retailer where the store's selection of Miura irons can be found. Find a set or individual Miura irons you want to demo. You might want to do research ahead of time to determine which Miura irons work best with your golf game. Some Miura irons specialize in forgiveness and feel, while others are designed for maximum distance.

Take the Miura irons to a store employee and ask if you can demo the clubs. Many retailers will let you take the irons to a driving range on the establishment. You will likely have to leave a driver's license with an employee while demoing the clubs. Some Miura retailers might even let you take the clubs along for a round of golf if a course is located on the premises. Call the retailer before you go to learn its demo policy.
