1
Cut your PVC pipe into the following lengths and quantities using the hacksaw: One piece 31 inches long; two pieces 24 inches long; four pieces 21 inches long; two pieces 18 inches long.
-
2
Connect two of the 21-inch segments together by pushing them into opposite ends of one of the "T" PVC connectors. This will be the top bar of the hockey goal. Also place right-angle connectors on the ends of this assembly so that the connectors are bent in the same direction.
-
3
Connect a 24-inch piece of PVC to each of right-angle connectors. These will be the front posts of your hockey goal. Connect two more right angle connectors to the opposite ends of the 24-inch pieces so that the connectors are pointing perpendicular to the top bar.
-
4
Push the 31-inch PVC piece into the T-connector of the top bar. Connect another T-connector using the perpendicular female hole to the opposite end of the 31-inch bar.
-
5
Connect two more 21-inch bars to the T-connector on the bar running down from the top bar. Place two right-angle connectors at the ends of these bars facing the front posts.
-
6
Connect the front posts to the back of the hockey goal by placing the 18-inch PVC segments between the two right-angle connectors that have not yet been connected.
-
7
Hang the netting from your completed hockey goal frame by laying it over 31-inch bar and tying it with cable ties to the top bar and front posts of your frame. Complete by tying it to the floor posts and spine of your goal.
