Instructions

    • 1

Put on the jock, padded pants and ice skates.

    • 2

Place the leg pads on the floor directly in front of your legs with the pads open and the toe ties closest to your skates.

    • 3

Wrap the toe ties in between the skate's blade and shoe, and then tie them around your foot near where the laces of your skates are tied. This ensures the leg pads will not slide around while playing.

    • 4

Put each leg in the pads, and fasten the buckles around each leg. Make sure each buckle is secured before you tighten or loosen them for a desired fit.

    • 5

Place your head through the opening at the top of the chest protector.

    • 6

Insert both arms into the openings on each side of the chest protector, and adjust the straps and buckles on each arm for a desired fit. You can now put on a jersey if you have one.

    • 7

Put on your helmet (preferably one with a throat protector), followed by a blocker on one hand and a goalie glove on the other, and grab your goalie stick because you're ready to play.
