How to Install a Trail Tech Vapor Speedometer

      Remove the single screw from the mounting hardware of the Vapor model. Place the mounting hardware around the tube of your handlebar system. Insert the screw into the mounting hardware and tighten it halfway. Position the Vapor tachometer so you have an adequate view of the LCD screen. Tighten the screw completely to fasten the Vapor model to your handlebars.

      Locate the RPM sensor cord of your Vapor computer. Fasten the RPM sensor cord around the spark plug wire of your dirt bike. Locate the temperature sensor of the Vapor computer. Install the brackets of the temperature sensor around the radiator hose of your dirt bike. Tighten the bracket screws using the Phillips head screwdriver.

      Locate the small magnet included with the Vapor computer. Fasten the magnet onto the brake rotor of your dirt bike. Attach the corresponding sensor wire to the brake line of your dirt bike using a series of cable ties. Connect the end of the sensor wire onto the brake caliper to complete the installation process.
