1996 Kawasaki 1500 Vulcan Colors

Kawasaki offered the Vulcan 1500 in two different color schemes for their 1996 model. In addition to the color choices, the Vulcan was stocked with a 1470 mL/4-stroke v-2 engine, was liquid cooled and had a four-speed shifter. The Vulcan is a touring style sport motorcycle.

  1. Red Models

    • Kawasaki offered the 1996 Vulcan 1500 in a red on red color scheme. The Vulcan came in a Candy Cardinal Red/Cosmic Splendor Red combination. The tanks and metal linings around the seat and engine bore the two-tiered red scheme in contrast to the chrome on the engine, handlebars and seat-back.

    Silver and Blue Models

    • Kawasaki offered another color scheme on the 1996 Vulcan 1500. The Metallic Nocturne Blue/Galaxy Silver combination accented the tank and metal frame lining the engine using a dark blue over grey-ish silver. This accented the chrome on the engine, handlebars and seat-backs.

    Highlights

    • The red on red version of the Vulcan featured a cream stripe along the sides of the rear wheel fenders. The blue/grey combination featured a grey/silver stripe on the sides of the rear tire fender.
