1
Tie a knot in the end of the cord to hold it in place. Thread the cord through the third hole on one side of the racket.
-
2
Pull the string up through the hole in the top of the net that aligns with the hole in the side of the racket where you placed the cording.
-
3
Skip one hole, then pull the cord down through the racket hole to secure the net. Pull the loose end of the cord up though the loop made around the racket to lock the cord in place.
-
4
Move down to the next hole and repeat the process of puling the cord through the net and creating a loop around the racket.
-
5
Repeat the process, alternating between skipping a hole in the side of the racket and not skipping a hole until you reach the bottom third of the side.
-
6
Loop the cord around one of the net holes, then a second net hole before attaching to a hole in the racket, skipping one hole. This makes a double loop. Make two double loops. Return to single loops until you reach the end of the side. String the other side of the net the same way. Leave the top and bottom sides open for now.
-
7
Cross the cord two times across the bottom section of the racket. Bring the end of the cord up to the net and weave the rope horizontally through four holes in the net. Bring the end of the rope down between the two sides of the cross cord. Repeat the process from the other side of the racket.
-
8
Pull the cord tight and tie a knot in the end of the cords. Repeat the process for the top of the racket. Cut any excess cord.
