The resort has been running since 1961 and caters to the needs of both novice and professional skiers alike. There are 155 available trails, which have varying levels of difficulty. With special deals including a $99 hotel accommodation, visitors can save up to half the usual cost of having a skiing vacation. As of 2010, lift tickets can be purchased for as low as $63 per day. A season pass can be purchased for as little as $429.
Homewood

Homewood lies on the west shore of Lake Tahoe and has a base elevation of 6,000 feet and a summit of 8,000 feet. It has one of the best of views of the lake in the area and boasts eight chair lifts. It has 1,260 acres of skiable terrain and two terrain parks, which include jumps and rails for skiers and snowboarders alike. As of 2010, one-day tickets can be purchased for as little as $39, and an annual pass can be purchased for $299.
Waterville Valley

Waterville Valley is located in New Hampshire's White Mountains. With a total area of about 500 acres, the park has 52 trails and a total of 12 lifts. White mountain has a variety of terrain that is suitable for novices and advanced skiers. The longest trail is three miles long. Waterville Valley also offers a terrain park complete with jumps and half pipes. As of 2010, lift passes for single days can be purchased for $59, and multiday passes can be purchased for $35 per day. A season past costs $839.
