1
Remove your bindings. Mark each binding as "left" or "right" to avoid confusion later. Unscrew the screws with a screwdriver and set the bindings aside.
-
2
Clean the surface of the snowboard with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free cloth. Remove anything that is stuck to the board and let it dry.
-
3
Lay the snowboard flat on the floor or other flat surface. Make sure that the snowboard will not slip.
-
4
Lay the graphic sticker over the board -- do not yet remove the backing. Look at the edges to check that the graphic will cover the entire board.
-
5
Tape the middle of the graphic, over the board, to the floor or flat surface. Use tape that you can remove easily without leaving residue or tearing the graphic, such as painter's tape.
-
6
Lift up one half of the graphic and remove the backing. Carefully apply the graphic to the snowboard starting in the center and moving outward.
-
7
Press the graphic down with a smooth object or paper to remove any air bubbles. Remove the tape and apply the second half of the graphic in the same way.
-
8
Press the edges of the board all around with your hand. This ensures that the graphic is sealed all around the edge of the board.
-
9
Cut the excess of the graphic off of the edges with a single-sided razor. Start at the top of the board and cut one side off, then do the other side. Go slowly and use caution so as not to damage the board or graphic.
-
10
Blow-dry the board until it is warm. Alternatively, use a heat gun.
-
11
Poke holes in the graphic for the bindings and screw the bindings back in.
