Instructions

    • 1

Dig two holes 4 feet apart using the post hole diggers. Use the tape measure to ensure the holes are even and the correct space apart.

    • 2

Pour the cement mix into the mixing trough. Mix with water according to the instructions on the bag. Use the trowel to stir.

    • 3

Pour the cement mixture into the holes you dug in Step 1. Push one of the 4-by-4s into each hole. Level them by pouring more cement mixture around them to keep them stable. Lay the level on top of each post to ensure that they are level. Allow the cement to dry overnight.

    • 4

Measure 4 inches down from the top of each post and mark the height with a pencil. Attach the piece of 2-by-4 horizontally between the two posts, using the marks you made as a guide. Attach it using the nails and hammer. This will serve as the crossbar. Use the level to make sure that the crossbar is even.

    • 5

Attach the net to all three of the posts using the staple gun, staples and twine. Tie the twine through the holes on the edges of the net and around the posts. Staple over the edges of the net for added security.
