1
Log onto CustomInk's website for a list of products available. When selecting your uniform base, you will be presented with a variety of t-shirt brands, colors and styles. Each t-shirt will be labeled with dollar signs to indicate the price. "$" indicates the most affordable t-shirt option, "$$" indicates standard t-shirts and "$$$" indicates premium t-shirts. Select the t-shirt that is the best choice for your budget. Keep in mind that some customization, including names and numbers, will add to the overall price of the t-shirt.

2
Make your t-shirt selection and CustomInk will take you to the design lab. In the design lab, referred to as "the lab" on the website, you will start with a blank version of the t-shirt you selected displayed on a human model. Examine the shirt collar, sleeves and fit to see if it appears to be a viable option. If your team is coed, consult someone of the opposite gender to examine the shirt as well and provide feedback. The last thing you want to worry about on the softball field is the fit or feel of your uniform.

3
Add text to your uniform by selecting the "add text" button. This feature will allow you to customize your font, font size, design and direction of your text. Experiment with different options until you find your perfect solution. Once your text has been added, select "add art" from the design menu. This feature will allow you to upload your own image to the uniform, such as a company logo, or you can pick from a database of categorized icons. If you would like to search the database, type in a keyword to see what icons may be available. You can add multiple icons to your uniform design.

Select the "add names" button to add names and numbers to the back of your jerseys. CustomInk will ask you to provide a roster list with names, numbers, and sizes. This will allow you to customize each uniform with a different name, number, and size. Once you review your final product, submit your uniform design to be reviewed by a CustomInk design specialist. The specialist will provide you with a price quote, as well as make suggestions for cleaning up the uniform design or formatting it to fit better based on their professional experience.

5
Finalize your uniform design and place your order. Do not be afraid to tell the design specialist what you are looking for if it is not available. In some cases, they can alter the design to meet your needs, even if that option is not available in the online design lab. Once you place your order, CustomInk will deliver your uniforms by mail, free of any shipping charges. Uniforms design processing, production and shipping usually takes about 10-15 days but can be expedited upon request. If you are not happy with your final product, or the order details are incorrect, contact CustomInk within 15 days of the delivery date to receive a refund or correction on your items. CustomInk provides excellent customer service and will do everything possible to earn your satisfaction.
