      Find a t-shirt and jersey print shop locally or search the Internet for a screen-printing or heat-transfer printing company.

      Choose the material and style for your team's football uniform. You may want to choose different colors for the top and bottom to add some flair and style. Other options might include stripes, varying sleeve lengths, cut and neckline.

      Select your team's colors or request a special order of customized colors to reflect your team.

      Record sizes for your team's players and select how many uniforms you would like for each size.

      Write down each player's name and number and specify to which uniform it should be applied. Be sure to spell everyone's name correctly.

      Print out a high-resolution image of your logo or email that image to the print shop's staff. Make sure the colors and size are both correct and that the image is of a high enough quality for printing.

      Choose where you want the team's logo, player's name and number to appear on the jersey.
