Weaver Scope Specifications

Weaver has made rifle scopes, mounting rings and mounting bases since 1930.   1. Construction

    • The Red/Green Dot Sight is made from a one-piece 30 mm tube to enhance the scope's durability. It has a removable front sunshade and adjustable rear hood for use in bright sunlight or inclement weather. The scope's optical glass has anti-reflective coating with a 1X sight magnification. In addition to reducing reflections an anti-reflective coating also improves the contrast of an image by filtering stray light.     Functions

    • The scope has five red brightness settings and five green settings to provide target acquisition in different lighting conditions. There are also four different aim-point styles to choose from: micro dot, dot, circle and circle with dot. For precise target adjustments the scope has a minute of angle measurement of 1 and a parallax of 50 yards. Minute of angle and parallax are used to calibrate the scope's aiming point with the bullet's actual impact on a target.
