Before assembly can begin, it may be necessary to use a nail file to file down sharp edges of plastic fragment on the goggles, which are remnants from the production process, so that these fragments will not puncture the skin during swimming.
-
2
Make sure to "fit" the goggles. Place the goggles on your eyes to determine how far apart your eyes are. Once that's established, use the scissors to cut the nose piece to size.
-
3
Each lens that comes in the package should have a small hole. Use the included string to thread through one of the lens's hole.
-
4
Take the included nose piece and thread the string through it. Then, thread the end of the string through the other lens and tie a knot with the other end of the string.
-
5
Each goggle lens has an outer hole, opposite the hole nearest the nose. Take the included rubber strap and thread it through one goggle's outer hole. Do the same with the second lens, using the same strap. Make sure that the strap is even in length when pulled through each hole. It helps to get the strap through the hole if you use the scissors and cut each end of the rubber on a strict angle.

6
Once the goggles are refitted (placed over the eyes), tie the elastic strap in a knot behind your head. Readjust for tightness if necessary. Once you find the right fit, use your scissors to remove the excessive elastic strap.
