This game should be played with players on both sides of the net, which allows for competition. Have between four to six players line up on directly in front of the net on each side of the net. The coach or a player should set the ball, or toss it upwards towards either side. The line of players should try to set the ball to the other side of the net without moving backwards significantly. The objective of this drill is to keep the ball close to the net without having it touch the ground.

-
This volleyball drill focuses on proper blocking form and simultaneous blocking between multiple players, which creates a "wall" in front of the net as to prevent offensive kill shots. This drills requires at least two blockers, one on each side of the net. One of the players performs a block and the other player should mirror the exact movement with precision timing. The drill can also be performed with two blockers standing next to each other and mirroring each others movements. A player on the other side of the net can also spike the towards the blockers while they are mirror blocking.
Around the World Serving Drill
-
The purpose of this drill is to increase serving accuracy and power. Each team member must serve the volleyball to an area of the court on the other side of the net. There will be players on the other side sitting down in respective areas. The objective is to serve the ball so that the player sitting down is able to catch the serve. Once the seated player catches a serve, they switch places with the player that served the ball.
