Sea Turtle Snorkeling
-
Cozumel offers the chance to see sea turtles in their natural habitat. Akumal Bay just across the channel on the mainland is one of a few places worldwide where turtles congregate to feed and lay their eggs. Cozumel Tours offers the trip daily where visitors can snorkel for up to 50 minutes with the turtles and occasionally catch sight of other sea life such as manta rays and schools of tropical fish. The trip takes in this site and a snorkel dive in a lagoon before heading back to the island.

Night Snorkel Trip
-
A snorkel at night is one of the best times to see creatures that are not necessarily around during the day. Cozumel's clear water and good visibility also mean that there is great opportunity for snorkelers to view and capture on camera the wonderful colors on the reef and the massive variety of fish life available. See creatures such as octopus, which hide in dark places during the day, emerge from their retreat to take advantage of the darkness. Dressel Divers provides night snorkeling trips with professional guides and full equipment, including torches and chemical glow sticks, for locating the snorkelers.
