1
Choose your goggles carefully. They should fit snugly, but not so much that they are uncomfortable. Try them on before buying them. You can perform a simple test of placing the goggles over your eyes while bent over. If they stay on, they are the right shape for your face. Look for goggles with an anti-fog coating or use the anti-fog spray to coat the lenses.

2
Rinse the goggles in the water before putting them on to go swimming. This will ensure that they are clean and free of debris. When emptying the water, let a couple of drops stay in each side. The remaining water will act as a windshield wiper and clear any fog. Some people actually spit in their goggles for the same result.

3
Place the goggles properly over your eyes. Ensure that they make contact with your face all the way around your eyes. Tighten the strap so the goggles are held in place.

4
Rinse the goggles with fresh water after you are done swimming, but don't rub them. This will help keep the anti-fog layer intact.
