How to Do a Double Arm Bar in Wrestling
Instructions
-
-
1
While in the top position, break the bottom man down to his stomach.
-
2
Thread one of your arms over the top of your opponent's corresponding arms, (right arm to right arm, or left arm to left arm) and position the forearm of your threaded arm along your opponent's back. In order to get your opponent's arm in a position where this threading is possible, you may have to work for wrists and pull an arm in closer to you
-
3
Thread your other arm, around your opponent's other arm in the same manner and lock your arms, by having each of your hands grab the opposite forearm. It is very difficult to thread this second arm bar, with the first already in. Usually it is only possible if the bottom man makes the mistake of putting his free arm too close to his body, or if there is a large disparity in strength, so that the top man can muscle the bar in.

4
Walk to one side until your opponent flips over and keep both bars sunk in. With both bars locked, your opponent's arms will be restrained behind him, making him practically helpless to resist being turned over and pinned.
