Practice jump dance as much as possible once you've become comfortable with the basic movements. Stand with one leg in front of the other, and jump up and back. Your front leg should slide back and your back leg should be up in the air. Jump again, and place your back leg in front. Your front leg should now be in the air. Continue this basic move, and gradually add new twists and personal touches as your skills improve.
