How to Customize Your Own Cheerleading Uniforms

When cheerleading it is important to have matching uniforms among all of the members of the cheer squad. Not only that, but you will want your uniforms to match the school or team's colors. Because of the factors that are required, it may be difficult to purchase ready-made uniforms. Instead, you can customize and create your own cheerleading outfits.

      Find your way to the UECheer.com website (full link available in "Resources"). This site will allow you to customize your uniform, with every detail ranging from the design of the neckline to the stripes on the skirt.

      Select your desired shell neckline (the top of the uniform). There is a wide selection of options. Take note of the design number because you will need this when making your order.

      Click the "Skirt" tab on the top of the screen. Again look through the available skirts and write down the model number for the design you like.

      Proceed to the "Fabrics" tab. Here you will be able to select from an assortment of colors in either polyester of spandex material (the polyester is for the front of the shell, and the spandex is for the back).

      Choose how you would like the shells and skirt of your uniform to look. This is the stripes or designs on the uniform. Again make sure to take note of the design number.

      Order one of the free catalogs. This is the only way you can order the uniform because online order forms aren't available. Click the "Order Tool" tab at the top of the screen. When the screen changes, select "Click here for your free catalog!" Fill out the necessary information (such as what sport you want the catalog for, your name and mailing information).

      Fill out the order form (when you receive the catalog) with the numbers you recorded while viewing the information on the website. Submit the order, with your form of payment, and when the payment is processed you will be sent your cheerleading uniforms.
