1
Outline the accent areas of your uniform with jewels or sequins. Place jewels on the outline of the skirt (or pants for males) and vest using a hot glue gun; outline the letters or logo on the uniform. Carefully place each jewel an equal distance from the previous one. Do one section at a time so you can decide as you go how dramatic you want your bling to be. If you do the vest and are satisfied, stop there; if not, keep going on to the skirt (or pants).

2
Get fancy cheerleading briefs. Every cheerleading uniform requires briefs, but you can do something different with yours. Get a can of spray glitter and add sparkles or write your school's initials with a glitter pen on the back side of your briefs. Use your imagination and have fun with it.

Put a ribbon in your hair. Go to an arts and crafts store and buy good quality, thick, fancy ribbon that matches the colors in your uniform. You can match one or all of the colors; use good judgment. Wrap the ribbon around a thick hair elastic, and make a knot around it. Tie the ribbon into a bow and secure it with glue. If you desire, use any extra jewels from your uniform to make a straight line of jewels on the straight part of the ribbon. Place the ribbon in your hair as straight as possible.
