Ask your team to give you a list of their favorite uptempo songs.

    • 2

Download the software "Rhapsody" to your computer if you do not already have it. (see Resources). You can listen to full length songs with "Rhapsody" before purchasing.

    • 3

Listen to your team's list of songs and sort through the choices, ruling out those with questionable subject matter. Make a list of the songs with the most inspiring lyrics.

    • 4

Get up and dance to the songs on your inspiring list. Cross off any songs that don't have an energy or beat that moves you. If it doesn't move you, the team won't be excited about it either, nor will the crowd. Look for strong drumbeats, and songs that would make it easy for a crowd to clap along with the beat.
