Roulette Games for School Carnivals
-
Tickets
-
Paint the roulette wheel with a specific number to represent how many tickets a person can win by spinning the wheel. Range the numbers from 0 to 100, or to your own specifications. Have the contestant pay you the game fee to spin, then stand back and let him have his turn. Once the wheel stops on the specific number, award the person his prize.
School Merchandise
-
Label each slot on the roulette wheel to correspond with a specified article of school merchandise. This can include hats, T-shirts, sweatshirts, key chains, megaphones, pom poms, mini sports balls and school patches. Any item that the school logo is embossed on can be used as a prize. Place the items where the players can see them openly, and show them the roulette wheel. Accept the player's fee to play the game. Explain the rules of the game and allow her to spin the wheel for her chance to win a prize. If she is a winner, give her a prize and allow the next player to have her turn.
Candy
-
You can decorate the wheel to offer a wide variety of candy. You can place candy bars, large lollipops, bubble gum or chocolate covered candies. You can attach each type of candy in the wheel slot and allow the player to spin. The wheel can also be supplied with names of the candy to be awarded if they will not fit on the wheel. Whatever the spot the wheel stops on, that is the prize you award. Keep a large variety of candy on hand. There are at least 10 or more types of candy bars alone that can be used.
Toys
-
Create an inventory of toys that are to be awarded as prizes. List them one by one on the wheel and color coordinate them by name. You can have stuffed animals, blowing bubbles kit, sports balls, balloons, hats and funky sunglasses, among other items. Have the player pay his game fee then stand back and allow him space to spin the wheel. As the wheel stops on the designated prize, award it to the player and let the next contestant have his turn.
