Download your team logo or create your own image. If you have your own image, Picassa, which can be downloaded for free at picassa.google.com is an image software tool used to manipulate your logo. To create your own logo, use an imaging software such as Adobe Photoshop. You can save in jpg. format for easy email and transfer. Next, flip or reverse your logo and save.

Print a preview of your design on paper and then hold it up to a mirror to see if the logo is correct. Look carefully at the lettering. Print your logo onto the iron-on transfer paper. This will be your last test design to see that your logo prints correctly before ironing. When you have established that your logo prints correctly, print the number of transfers needed for the team. Then with your scissors cut out the logos, leaving a quarter-inch border around each one.

Take your piece of test fabric and place it on the ironing board. Iron on the logo using downward pressure in slow circles, working your way from the inside out. Allow three to five minutes to cool and then remove the paper backing. When your test patch meets your criteria, place sweatsuit on the ironing board. Make sure there are no wrinkles where you place the logo. Repeat the previous step and your sweatsuits are ready. Go team go!
