How to Paint Your Face for the Michigan State Game
If you are going to a Michigan State game for the first time, you may be surprised at the number of painted faces and chests that you'll see. To get into the spirit of the game and partake in the tradition, you can paint your face using the team colors of green and white. Applying the face paint is actually much easier than it appears and can be done relatively quickly.
Things You'll Need

1
Apply white sports makeup over the entire left side of your face. Rub a makeup sponge into the sports makeup and blot it onto your skin to apply a solid layer of color.
-
2
Use a new makeup sponge to paint the right side of your face green. Use the side of the sponge to help paint the line in the middle where the two colors meet so that the line looks smooth.
-
3
Allow the freshly spread makeup to sit for 10 minutes.
-
4
Paint a large green "M" on your left cheek.
-
5
Clean the paintbrush and use it to create another design on the right side of your face with white paint. You can paint another "M," the number of your favorite player or simply create stripes under the eye or across the cheek.
