How to Customize Letter Jackets

Design custom varsity letter jackets online for the whole team or for individual players. Choose your own letter jacket style, colors and text at a variety of online letter jacket design shops. You don’t have to compromise on style or fit when you customize your own apparel. Gather all the players on your team and design a jacket together.

      Choose a custom jacket shop website to work with. You might want to work with one particular website because you like its basic jacket styles, or because its prices fit into your budget. Compare prices at a variety of sites before you choose one to order from. (See Resources below for examples of such websites.)

      Select a jacket style from the options available. You might have a choice between classic, retro or hoodie jacket styles, for example, and a choice between wool or leather material.

      Use the website’s design wizard to customize the jacket. Choose colors for the jacket’s body, sleeves, pockets and buttons.

      Add a letter to the front of the jacket, and choose the color of the letter. Add player numbers to the left or right sleeve. Add the name of your school or other additional text to the back of the jacket.

      Preview your finished jacket before placing your order. If necessary, go back and make changes.

      Enter your size information. If you are ordering for the whole team, enter each player’s size information individually, or enter the number of jackets you will need in each size.

      Enter payment and shipping information to complete the purchase. Allow several weeks for shipping.
