Inspect your Lamar MX15 bindings for obvious signs of disrepair. Slide your snowboard boots into the bindings. Lock the boots into the bindings. Apply pressure to the boots to ensure the locking straps are functioning. The boots should remain fixed when pressure is applied. Remove the boots from the bindings.

    • 2

Lay your snowboard on a work bench or flat table. Situate the board so the top side is facing upward. Examine the snowboard. Look for two series of holes that run down the center of the board, one series near the nose and the other closer to the tail. These are drill holes, which you will use to secure the bindings to the board.

    • 3

Align the right foot binding with the front drill holes if you snowboard using a regular riding stance, which means your body faces the left. Align the left foot binding with the front drill holes if you snowboard using a goofy riding stance, which means your body faces the right.

    • 4

Mount the front binding to the front drill holes using a screwdriver and mounting screws. Start with the screw holes closest to the center of the series of drill holes. This will anchor the center of the binding to the board while allowing you to adjust the heel and toe.

    • 5

Locate a marker and angle scale near the center of the binding. These tools will help you mark your stance angle. Adjust the heel and toe position of the front binding to meet your stance angle.

    • 6

Place a boot into to binding. Check the stance angle once the boot is locked into the binding. Adjust the binding and boot, if necessary. Remove the boot from the binding after you have made adjustments.

    • 7

Mount the toe and heel binding screws, using a screwdriver. Start with the drill holes closest to the nose and work back toward the tail. Tighten the screws until they are even with the bindings, which should ensure the screws are fastened properly.

Mount the rear binding to the tail end of the board using this same procedure.
