How to Do a FMX No Handed Landing
Instructions

1
Practice landing with one hand first. This allows you to feel some of the difference of landing with less than two hands while allowing you to make corrections to avoid crashing. As you're landing, take one hand off the handlebars and see if you can finish safely.
-
2
Try it sitting. Many experienced riders land in a standing position, however, when you're learning to land without hands, you should first try the trick sitting down. This should give you better control of the bike as you land and allow you more use of your legs for control. Once you've got the FMX No Handed Landing down in a seated position, try it standing up.

3
Remove both hands. You can slowly work you're way up from a one handed Landing to a no handed landing by slowly decreasing the amount of pressure you use with the single remaining hand until you're confident enough to let go with both hands. Whether you're doing the trick sitting down or standing up, the crux of the trick is removing both hands before you land and keeping them off the handlebars until you've completed the landing. If you put your hands back on the bike too soon, then you may loose points from the judges.
-
4
Set up for the landing. If your bike is off in any way, such as coming down at the wrong angle, don't attempt to land without hands. Once you get more experienced at the trick, you can try it when you don't have ideal landing conditions, so you can learn to compensate in any situation.
