How to Rollerblade Backward

Once you have perfected the elementary rollerblading techniques, try maneuvering your skates in a reversed riding stance. Many advanced rollerblading tricks involve aerial spins that require you to land backward. When learning to roll backward, choose a smoothly paved area that is free of hazards and debris. The rollerblading experts at Aggressive Mall recommend looking over your shoulder while rolling backward. (See References 1) Wear a rollerblading helmet to remain protected during the event of a backward fall.
