1
Lay one 40-inch sheet of plywood flat. Measure 5 ½ inches from the top left corner along the edge and draw a line using your straightedge from here to the bottom right corner. Find the 22-inch center of this line and draw an "x" that is six inches from the line towards the bottom left corner. Use your string and pencil to draw an arc that starts where the line started, intersects the "x" and ends where the line ends. Repeat this step on each 40-inch sheet of plywood. Cut along the arcs using your jig saw. These are the sides to your ramps.

Set two sides on their 40-inch edge so they are 36 inches apart and the curved cuts are aligned. Position six 36-inch boards between the sides at right angles so the edges of the board are flush with the edges of the curves and the boards are spaced 6 inches apart. Screw through the sides and into the boards so two screws enter each end of each board. Repeat this step with the last pair of sides and with six more 36-inch boards.

3
Position a 36-inch board between a pair of sides so its 5 1/2-inch-wide surface is flush with the top 5 1/2-inch-wide edges of the sides. Screw through the sides and into this board so two screws enter each end. Repeat this process with the other pair of sides.

4
Set a 36-inch board on edge between each pair of sides so it is flush with the 28-inch edges. Screw through the sides so two screws enter each end of each board. You have two completed ramp frames.

Position the ramps 30 inches apart so the curves are facing each other. Lay the 30-inch plywood between the ramps so there is no gap between the 3/8-inch sheets and the edges of the middle sheet are flush with the sides of the ramp.
