1
Lift your left ankle with your left hand and pull it backward toward your buttocks. Pull your foot as far it will go without straining the muscles. Place your right hand on a wall while still gripping your left ankle and lean forward as the hamstring and thigh slowly loosen up. Place your left hand on the wall and lift your right ankle with your right hand, repeating the process of your left ankle lift.

2
Sit on a carpeted floor with your legs spread in a V shape. Spread your legs as far as you can to widen the V shape as much as possible. Place your left hand on the ground while reaching toward your left shoe with your right hand. Touch your toes if possible. Lay your right hand flat on the ground while stretching to reach your right foot with your left hand. Try to touch your toes. Repeat this series of stretches until you notice an increase in flexibility.

3
Stand on the first stair of a staircase while allowing a couple inches of your heels to hang off. Dip your heels down and then raise yourself onto your toes. Repeat this process until your calves start to burn.

Pick up your skateboard and walk to an open, flat, paved area such as a driveway or parking lot. Push with your back foot until the board reaches a comfortable speed. Put pressure on the concave area at the back of the board while jumping into the air to perform an Ollie (popping the board in the air). Practice the Ollie until you feel comfortable popping your board into the air. Attempt a harder skateboarding trick you have been practicing or one you have never tried before.
