Instructions

-
1
Get a running start. It’s important to get your momentum built up, so you can follow through with the entire move. Once you get your momentum built up, start to do a cartwheel.
-
2
Put your hands in the air and start to do a cartwheel. Lead with one leg and kick over with the other leg. Your hands should follow one after the other in a "T" position. As you come up in the air, put your legs together and your body will twist to the side.
-
3
Land facing the direction you started from. After you land, proceed directly into the back flip. Continue to use the momentum to push you along.
-
4
Put your arms over your head or straight out in front of you with your legs together. It is important to keep your arms straight and close to your body and remember to lock your arms, or you will not stick the move. Push off the ground with your feet and let the momentum carry you through the move.
-
5
Jump backwards while arching your back. Your back should remain arched until your hands hit the ground. Once your hands reach the ground, you need to shift into the next position.
-
6
Shift to a hollow position, and spring from the hands back to the feet. A hollow position refers to the back. The lower back should be pressed backwards which forms a curved or rounded position with the feet and arms outstretched.
-
7
End with your arms outstretched in front of you and stand up completely.
