How to Lubricate Nordic Ski Bindings

- Rags
- Salomon grease

Visually inspect the boots and bindings. Discard any components that are damaged or worn and replace them.

Slide the heel of the boot off the rear of the track and clean all parts with a clean and dry rag.

Lubricate the binding and the track with Salomon grease.

Slip the heel back onto the track and snap it into its original position.

Repeat this process every 30 days.
