How to Mount Bindings Onto New K2 Skis
K2 manufacturers All Mountain, Freeride and Adventure style skis. These skis use advanced technology to provide both rocker -- a type of ski bend and camber -- and core. Before you can use your skis, they will need bindings to allow ski boots to attach to the skis for safe and proper use. Mounting K2 skis requires the instructions and installation kit included with your bindings, as each binding has a different attachment point. There are some basic rules to follow when mounting bindings to K2 skis.
